The rADU L is our largest model, providing affordable luxury for a couple.
For $39,000 you get a spacious home with a large bedroom featuring two home office work spaces and a stunning amount of storage, a bathroom with space for a washer and drier, a kitchen – dining room combo and a large living room.
The model is primarily designed as an ADU for medium to large properties.
The spacious living room makes it perfect for couples who love to receive guests and entertain.
And if equipped with a sofa bed in the living room, the rADU L model can also work great as a weekend/holiday home for a family of four.

An important feature that makes the design of the rADU L work, is the roll out table that comes out from under the kitchen top.
It can be rolled out to work as a breakfast table or dining table for a couple, or when combined with the additional table top used for storing the dining room chairs, even as dining table for larger companies, sitting up to 6 people.
When not used for dining, the element can be stored back under the kitchen top, allowing for a more spacious living room.
1 Bedroom / 2 Bedroom
The rADU L can easily be upgraded to a 2 bedroom dwelling unit (rADU L2).
By keeping the exact same building envelope, bathroom and kitchen units, and just moving a few walls and adding a door on the interior, the unit can easily be transformed from a one bedroom, into a two bedroom home.
We plan to start producing the rADU L first (Q4, 2024), and at a later stage to also start producing the rADU L2 model (Q1, 2025), to be ready for purchase and installation as shown at the lower of the two plans at the left.*
We will also offer to customers purchasing a rADU L model, the possibility to upgrade the structure to a rADU L2, with the whole process handled by Vesta, and an additional fee to be payed upon completing the upgrade.
That makes the rADU L a great option for young couples who are thinking of growing their family in the near future.
They can start with purchasing the rADU L as a more spacious unit for two people, and when the time comes, convert it into a rADU L2, capable to house a young family of three.
